Rainwater harvesting systems allow homeowners to collect rainwater and use it later. As a water conservation measure, NBU is proud to offer a rebate toward the purchase of rain barrels or a cistern to help in the completion of a rainwater-harvesting system.  This rebate reimburses $0.50 per gallon of water storage installed.
