Landscape Watering Guideline

NBU offers customers a Landscape Watering Guideline brochure that gives complete information about year round conservation requirements and watering guidelines. It is available for free at the NBU Main Office. We also provide a 24-hour Information Line to help you keep up-to-date with the latest watering restrictions. A brief recorded message can be heard by calling (830) 608-8925. You are welcome to leave a voice mail at this number that alerts us to possible watering violations. We will contact that individual or business and remind them of the ordinance requirements and request their compliance.
