Conservation and responsible water usage can make a difference for generations to come.

With 30 to 60% of household water use devoted to outdoor landscape watering, it is vital that we conserve as much water as possible during times of drought. This will not only help secure our community’s water supply but also contribute to protecting our natural springs and waterways.

We understand that your relationship with your neighbors is important, so we have created an anonymous tip line that lets NBU start the conversation with a friendly reminder of watering guidelines. Issues such as broken sprinkler heads, watering during the wrong days, weeks, or hours, and excessive water waste can all be identified and resolved. Once notified, our Conservation and Customer Solutions Department will begin to inform and help your neighbor resolve any watering questions they may have.

If you would like to submit an anonymous tip, click the button below or contact us on our 24- hour Information Line at 830.608.8925.
