Effective September 24, 2012,

the following watering restriction will be in place:

 

 

 

STAGE 2
 

Watering with a sprinkler or landscape irrigation system is allowed one day a week before 10 a.m. and after 8 p.m. 


Your designated one day for watering during a watering week is based on the ending number of your address:

0 or 1: Monday

2 or 3: Tuesday

4 or 5: Wednesday

6 or 7: Thursday

8 or 9: Friday

NOTE: Watering with a hand held hose, bucket, soaker hose or drip irrigation system is allowed on any day but only before 10 a.m. and after 8 p.m.


Watering with a sprinkler or irrigation system is not allowed on Saturday or Sunday in Stage 1, 2 or 3.

New Braunfels' Stage I Trigger Levels: J-17 at or below 660 feet Comal Springs at or below 225 cfs

New Braunfels' Stage II Trigger Levels: J-17 at or below 650 feet Comal Springs at or below 200 cfs

New Braunfels' Stage III Trigger Levels: J-17 at or below 640 feet Comal Springs at or below 150 cfs

NOTE: Watering with a hand-held hose, bucket, soaker hose that does not spray water in the air, or a drip irrigation system is allowed at any time on any day except after Stage II restrictions have been declared. Then it is allowed on any day, but only before 10 a.m. and after 8 p.m.
