NOTE: Use of a sprinkler for landscape
watering is prohibited on any day YEAR ROUND between
the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Watering with a hand-held
hose, bucket, soaker hose that does not spray water
in the air, or a drip irrigation system is allowed
at any time on any day except after Stage II restrictions
have been declared. Then it is allowed on any day,
but only before 10 a.m. and after 8 p.m.
