Enrolling in Auto-Draft also allows you to participate in our Budget Billing Program. With Budget Billing, you can avoid big changes in your utility bill – especially during peak months when air conditioning, heating, and watering can mean higher usage and higher bills.

Budget Billing allows you to pay the same amount every month for 11 months.  On the 12th month, your account is recalculated to reflect actual usage and a revised monthly payment amount goes into effect. It makes your budget easier to manage by spreading actual energy costs evenly over the course of the year.
