Critical Care Account Designation

If you or a family member must use a life-sustaining device in your home, call us to be sure we are aware of it. We ask that you fill out a Critical Care Account application which requires a doctor’s verification of the need for critical care equipment. That way, we can notify you in the event of a planned outage and be aware of someone in your home who may be at risk in the event of an extended outage. A Critical Care Account Application can be filled out and faxed to (830) 629-2119 or mailed to NBU, P.O. Box 310289, New Braunfels, TX 78131-0289.
