SDS Inc. to conduct survey for NBU
NEW BRAUNFELS—SDS Inc., a Utah-based company, will be
conducting a customer satisfaction survey on behalf of NBU during the month
of July. The survey is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 5 and take three
weeks to complete. SDS representatives will be placing calls to approximately
400 NBU customers on a random basis to gather input regarding utility programs,
services and performance.
“We anticipate that the information we are able to derive from this survey
will enable us to be more proactive with regard to services and programs
for our customers,” explains NBU Customer Service Manager Wendy Thompson.
“NBU strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
in our day-to-day business and this input will be essential in order to target
our customers’ needs and address them to our best ability.”
The survey is expected to take 9 to 12 minutes to complete and will be conducted
