NBU Quarterly PEERS Awards presented to Enrique Flores
NEW BRAUNFELS—Enrique Flores was recently named the
NBU PEERS Award recipient for the Fourth Quarter of 2005. PEERS stands
for Performance, Effort, Efficiency, Recognition and Selection. All NBU
employees are encouraged to submit nominations for this award on a
quarterly basis. NBU managers review submittals and the individuals’
performance and decide on an employee who has excelled in his or her
duties for that time period
Flores, who has been with NBU since March of 2003, consistently draws
appreciation from his co-workers for his attitude, exceptional
performance, professionalism, courtesy, awareness of safety, and
ability to take care of tasks for others before help is requested.
Flores is a member of the Facilities Management Division, and always
demonstrates the desire to lend a hand even when the call for assistance
comes in at the last moment. The tasks he and his co-workers are assigned
are not always pleasant, but no matter the circumstances, they respond
to requests in a timely manner; take the call of duty without hesitation;
and then impress everyone with their performance and good attitudes.
Flores leads by example, inspires his co-workers, and makes sure jobs
are performed at the highest standard possible. For this reason, NBU
is proud to present him with the PEERS Award for the Fourth Quarter of 2005.
