Official Rules for 2005 SAFEhaven in Schools
Coloring Book Contest

As area school children get back into the swing of a new school year, Chick-fil-A and NBU are joining forces to help make it a delicious fall semester. Starting in September, Chuck & Bucky – part of the NBU SAFEhaven team – will be visiting New Braunfels area schools and inviting children, in grades kindergarten through third, to participate in the annual SAFEhaven coloring book contest.

OFFICIAL RULES: No purchase is necessary to enter and no entry fees will be charged. Use an official entry form or a photocopy to enter. SAFEhaven coloring books are available through participating schools, Chick-fil-A of New Braunfels, and New Braunfels Utilities. Mail entries to: New Braunfels Utilities, c/o SAFEhaven Coloring Book Contest, P.O. Box 310289, New Braunfels, TX 78131-0289. Entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2005. Only one entry per child is permitted and only drawings by children in grades kindergarten through third grade will be judged. Judging will be done by an independent panel on or about December 2, 2005. There is only one round to this contest. Decisions of the judges are final. Winners must attend a participating New Braunfels area school within the NBU service territory and may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release and their names, pictures and likeness may be used for publicity purposes without further compensation. All prizes are nontransferable and all entries become the property of New Braunfels Utilities. There can be no more than one winner per household. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. This contest is void where prohibited. Chance of winning depends on the number of entries received. Chick-fil-A and New Braunfels Utilities are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, late entries, or incomplete entries. For a complete list of winners, please visit nbutexas.com.
