As New Braunfels Utilities undertakes the significant process of selecting our next leader, we’ve partnered with Baker Tilly, a renowned executive search firm, to ensure that this pivotal decision resonates with the values and aspirations of our community.

Insight from the Community

In the initial phase of the search, we invited the community to lend their voices and wisdom, sharing their vision for the ideal CEO. Throughout October 2023, NBU promoted a digital survey to help us identify the traits, attributes, characteristics, and qualifications that you believe our next CEO should possess.

The survey garnered invaluable input from more than 165 community members. We intentionally sought input from diverse voices and backgrounds, recognizing that this collective perspective will profoundly shape the decision-making process as we strive to identify the right leader for NBU.
