With the safety of our NBU customers and employees in mind, the NBU lobbies and drive-through will remain closed on Friday, February 4, 2022; however, operations will resume as normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer Service inquiries should be directed to 830.629.8400.&nbsp; The latest operational updates will be posted on the NBU website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbutexas.com\/\">nbutexas.com<\/a>, on Facebook at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/newbraunfelsutilities\">facebook.com\/newbraunfelsutilities<\/a>, and through local and regional news outlets.&nbsp; Additionally, winter weather resources, like how to winterize your home, generator safety, and the NBU up-to-date Outage Viewer Map that provides status information on outages, can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbutexas.com\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><center>###<\/center><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>About New Braunfels Utilities<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sub>Dedicated to excellence in service, New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) was established in 1942 and is one of 2,000 community-owned, nonprofit public power electric utilities in the nation.&nbsp; The mission of NBU is to enhance the quality of our community by providing innovative, essential services.
