(New Braunfels, TX \u2013 June 26, 2023) \u2013 New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) offices and drive-through will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in observance of Independence Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers can report an outage by calling the 24-hour Control Center at 830.629.4628 (4NBU). Customers can view our service area’s current electric and water outages in real time by visiting nbutexas.com\/report-an-outage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Text Outage Notification System is an added convenience that allows NBU customers to report outages and receive text notifications regarding current situations in our service area.
To enroll, text NBU to 830.629.4628. To take advantage of this service, you must have a mobile number associated with your NBU account. Learn more at nbutexas.com\/text-programs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
