(New Braunfels, TX \u2013 Sept. 6, 2024) \u2013 New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) Main Plaza office and drive-thru will open at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, to accommodate road closures for the City of New Braunfels’ 9\/11 ceremony. The office will return to its regular hours for the rest of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Text Outage Notification System is an added convenience that allows NBU customers to report outages and receive text notifications regarding current outages or utility situations in our service area. To enroll, text NBU to 830.629.4628 or visit nbutexas.com\/text-programs<\/a> for more information. To take advantage of this service, you must have your mobile number associated with your NBU account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the opening is delayed, our customers still have several convenient ways to make payments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
