NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas (March 31, 2025) \u2013 New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) will adjust its office hours in April due to an employee meeting and the observance of Founder\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, April 10, 2025, NBU offices will close at 4 p.m. for an employee meeting. Normal business hours will resume on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 8 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NBU offices will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025, in observance of Founder\u2019s Day and will re-open Monday, April 21, 2025, at 8 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For outage reporting, customers can contact he 24-hour Control Center at 830.629.4628 (4NBU) or view real-time electric and water outages in the service area by visiting https:\/\/www.nbutexas.com\/outages\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
