She holds a Master of Public Administration and is a Certified Public Finance Officer. In her new role, she will oversee NBU\u2019s Finance and Energy Risk departments, which include accounting, budgeting and risk management. Williams will succeed Dawn Schriewer, who is retiring as NBU&#8217;s Chief Financial Officer after 20 years of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are pleased to welcome Jessica Williams to our leadership team,&#8221; CEO Ryan Kelso said. &#8220;She brings extensive experience in municipal finance and a proven track record of developing effective funding strategies and modernizing financial operations. Jessica is well-equipped to help NBU maintain a strong financial position, balance affordability with reliability, and ensure our long-term financial stability for the benefit of our customers.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Williams previously served as CFO for the cities of Denton and Wichita Falls, TX, and for the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System.
