Additionally\, customers can view electric and water outages in our service area in real time by visiting https://www.nbutexas.com/outages/. \nThe Text Outage Notification System is an added convenience that allows NBU customers to report outages and receive text notifications regarding current situations in our service area. To enroll\, text NBU to 830.629.4628. To take advantage of this service\, you must have a mobile number associated with your NBU account.
