There are no distinctions between customer types, sizes, or ownership details in the ordinance. All water users are treated the same and have the same restrictions across the NBU infrastructure.
Most likely. New Braunfels is directly over the Edwards Aquifer, however there are other, deeper, aquifers that they could be potentially pulling from. This would be dependent on where they are located in the county and how deep they drilled.
The ordinance has no distinctions between customer types, sizes, or ownership details. All water users are treated the same and have the same restrictions across the NBU infrastructure. The City of New Braunfels and Comal County have specific requirements/prohibitions that we are not authorized to enforce, such as grey water use, watershed/drainage design, and erosion control.
