New Residential or Commercial Construction

When you are ready to build a new home or business, we understand the to-do list can be daunting. One of the initial steps is the application process. Below are the various applications that will pertain to your needs in addition to other helpful resources and contact information.

Residential New Construction

• In order to provide utility services for new home construction, NBU requires the Residential New Home Construction Packet to be completed.
• To obtain a ⅝’’ irrigation meter, NBU requires the Residential Irrigation Application Packet to be completed.
• To set up utility services for your manufactured or mobile home, NBU requires the Manufactured/Mobile Home Application Packet to be completed.

Commercial New Construction

• To set up utility services for commercial home construction, NBU requires the Commercial New Home Construction Packet to be completed.
• To set up water service for an irrigation meter at your business, NBU requires the Commercial Irrigation Application Packet to be completed.
• In order to receive services for commercial new construction, NBU requires the Commercial New Construction Application Packet to be completed.
• To obtain a temporary water meter for construction purposes, NBU requires the Fire Hydrant Meter Application Packet to be completed.
