NOTE: Locates are only performed on public utility infrastructure; any water and/or wastewater utilities on private property should be located by a licensed plumber. The Texas One-Call law requires a request for locates to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to digging 16 inches or deeper.
Digging or tree trimming
Before you dig, even with a shovel, call Texas 811 to have underground lines marked.
Maintaining trees is largely the responsibility of the property owner, but NBU will trim or remove trees that interfere with power lines. If you think your tree is a candidate, please contact us to make an appointment to inspect it: 830.608.8800 or firstname.lastname@example.org
