If you’ve experienced property damage, service issues, or other concerns related to New Braunfels Utilities infrastructure or operations, we’re here to help you through the process.
If you have a claim of personal injury or property damage, complete our claim form and return to the Risk Management Department. Claims are reviewed in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval or payment, and additional documentation may be requested as part of the review process.
