Residential Rate Calculator

Calculating your utility bill can help you make informed decisions. The NBU rate calculator can help estimate your residential utility costs based on your projected electricity, water, and wastewater use.

With NBU’s two-year rate plan effective August 1, 2023, the calculator can forecast potential utility costs for Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025.

Follow the prompts and enter your usage amounts to use the rate forecaster. Having a copy of your recent NBU bill may be helpful. To start, choose the utility service type and the year you would like to calculate utility costs. When calculating electricity costs, you must designate the year and an On-Peak or Off-Peak season for an accurate estimate. Complete each section with the appropriate information and press “Estimate Bill.” Current rates will automatically be calculated.
