Service Announcement

The NBU Customer Solutions Center will be closed on Friday, November 21, as our team participates in a scheduled Staff Development Day.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 24.

Important Note on Payments:

Please be assured that no customer bills are due on November 21, so there is no need to worry about late fees due to the closure.

If you would like to make a payment, you can utilize the following convenient options:

  • Drop Box: Utilize the secure payment drop box located in the front parking lot at
    the NBU Customer Solutions Center, 1488 South Seguin Ave, New
    Braunfels, TX 78130
