For each newly installed fire hydrant, NBU’s Fire Hydrant Flow Test Form is to be used to document the results of a fire hydrant flow test that provides the actual static pressure, residual pressure, and the flow from NBU’s fire hydrant underground water distribution system. As-built packages should include a complete Submittal Fire Hydrant Flow Test Form and reports attached. After NBU approves the form, it will need New Braunfels Fire Department approval.
