  • NBU operations
  • Relationship between the citizens, the NBU Board of Trustees, and NBU employees
  • Planning process for capital projects and how those projects are implemented

In addition, participants will receive interactive learning experiences through case studies, site tours, group discussions, and hands-on experiences.

Due to space limitations, enrollment is limited to 25 current NBU customers. Classes will meet from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month. On January 10, 2023, the class will attend a mixer to kick off the new year, with the first class to be held the following Tuesday, January 17, 2023, and continue February through May 2023.  Applicants must be at least 17 years of age and be a customer of NBU.
