(New Braunfels, TX – September 14, 2022) – New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) offices and drive-through customer service will be closed on Friday, September 23, 2022, in observance of Comal County Fair Parade Day.
Customers may report an outage or service issue by calling New Braunfels Utilities 24-hour Control Center at 830.629.4628 (4NBU). The Texting Outage Notification System is an added convenience that allows customers who are enrolled in the program to report outages and receive notifications about outages in their area by text message. To enroll, text NBU to 85700, or visit: https://www.nbutexas.com/report-an-outage. To take advantage of this service, you must have your mobile number associated with your account.
Customers can make payments via the following convenient options:
- Online, visit: nbutexas.com.
- Pay-by-Phone, call: 1.844.863.7360 to make your payment from a checking or savings account or with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
- In-Person, visit: Western Union Convenience Pay Service at HEB Grocery Stores throughout Comal County or at Arlan’s Market and Ace Cash Express in New Braunfels.
- NBU Night Depository: Located at the NBU Main Office, 263 Main Plaza.
The depository is located at the drive-through.
