(New Braunfels, TX – February 27, 2023) – New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) will launch its annual customer satisfaction survey on Monday, March 6, 2023, to measure the community’s overall satisfaction with NBU providing reliable and resilient utility services to its more than 59,000 customers. The survey will help gauge satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities. To achieve that, NBU asks that customers participate in the phone or email survey and provide their valuable opinions. Customer participation is vital to capture a significant sample to receive the most accurate data.

The NBU customer satisfaction survey will be conducted by GreatBlue Research, Inc., a third-party professional research firm in Glastonbury, CT. A random sampling of NBU customers will either be called or emailed. If you are contacted and have Caller ID technology, the firm’s name (GreatBlue) will appear. For customers without Caller ID technology, the incoming phone number will appear as 830.541.2794. For customers receiving an email survey request, the sender’s name will read GreatBlue Research with the email address Satisfaction surveys from either of these platforms and associated with their respective number or email address will ensure the survey is legitimate. The survey will not ask you for your account information or any payment transaction information.

Beginning March 6, NBU customers can complete the survey online by visiting Participants will remain anonymous. The survey will take approximately eight minutes to complete.

The customer satisfaction survey is expected to conclude on Friday, March 31, 2023.

It is important to reiterate that if you receive a call from GreatBlue, they will not ask for account information or payments of any kind. They will only ask questions that allow NBU customers to offer their opinions.

As required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, GreatBlue Research, Inc. maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts.
