Payment Portal and Payment Line Will Be Down for Maintenance February 5, 2023 from 3:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m.

Effective Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 3:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m., NBU’s payment portal and phone payment systems will be offline to conduct necessary maintenance. During this time, customers will be unable to make online and over-the-phone NBU bill payments. Payments can be placed in the night-drop at our downtown office located at 263 Main Plaza. For outage or service issues, please call 830.629.4628.
