Swimming Pool Variance

The City of New Braunfels’ Code of Ordinances states construction, installation, and filling of new pools will not be allowed during Stage III Drought Restrictions, unless the permit to construct the pool was received prior to Stage III Drought Restrictions (Chapter 130 – Utilities, Article 4. – Water Service, Division 7. – Drought Management Plan, Sec. 130-228. – Specific Water Use Reduction Measures). During Stage III Drought Restrictions, a Swimming Pool Variance must be requested and approved to obtain a construction permit from the City of New Braunfels.
